Timnath, Colorado, is a Statutory Town located in Larimer County, northern Colorado, on the banks of the Poudre River.

Founded in 1882 and incorporated on April 1, 1888, Timnath is a small agricultural/farming community located southeast of Fort Collins, Colorado, approximately one-half mile east of the Harmony Road/Interstate 25 interchange. The incorporated area of Timnath Co, as of 2013, measures 5.05 square mile of land.

According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the town of Timnath community has a total population of 7,839 (in 2021). The median age is 35 years old. The average household size is 3.34 and the average family size is 3.4. The racial makeup of the Timnath Colorado town was 94.4% White, 0.6% African American, 0.0% Native American, 1.1% Asian, 0.3% Pacific Islander, and 2.1% from other races. 6.1% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race. The per capita income for the town was $40,889. Timnath Co experienced significant population growth from 2000 to 2010 and was the fastest growing town in Colorado from 2010 to 2013.
